Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tenens AI Ltd handles information collected through this website and its pharmacy pilot process.

Your data

Pharmacy data remains under the pharmacy's control.

Read-only pilots

Pilot analysis uses exports and does not alter dispensing workflows.

UK GDPR

Processing is designed around United Kingdom data-protection requirements.

01

Information we collect

Through the pilot and early-access forms, Tenens may collect your pharmacy or group name, contact name, work email, phone number, number of sites, approximate NHS dispensing volume, Patient Medication Record system, working-capital interest and any information you include in the notes field.

During a pilot, Tenens may also process read-only pharmacy exports and related commercial records needed to assess line-level margin. The exact data scope, roles and instructions will be documented before pilot processing begins.

02

How and why we use information

We use enquiry data to respond to requests, assess pilot suitability, arrange onboarding, provide support and maintain business records. We use pilot data to deliver the agreed analysis, improve data quality and protect the security and reliability of the service.

Depending on the activity, the lawful basis may be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, or Tenens' legitimate interests in operating and improving its business. Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn for future processing.

03

Sharing, finance partners and international processing

Tenens may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, communications, analytics and professional advice. If a pharmacy asks about working-capital access, relevant information will only be shared with a funding partner under an appropriate basis and with suitable notice or agreement.

Tenens does not sell pharmacy data. Before any international transfer, Tenens will use an appropriate United Kingdom transfer mechanism and safeguards where required.

04

Security and retention

Tenens applies technical and organisational controls appropriate to the information and the service. Specific security and hosting commitments will be documented in the applicable pilot or service terms.

Enquiry and pilot information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal and regulatory obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business records. More specific retention periods may be set out in pilot or service terms.

05
